Best Pizza in Winter Garden
Located in the heart of downtown Winter Garden is Winter Garden Pizza Company.
But, don’t let the name fool you! They have a lot more delicious eats than just pizza.
From classic Italian pasta dishes, to sandwiches, calzones, and more, they have it all!
This locally owned eatery is one you will want to keep coming back to. Whether you sit outside on the patio or inside the restaurant, you are sure to have an enjoyable experience. The staff was so welcoming and friendly that you feel like family. I love supporting local businesses and Winter Garden Pizza Company is one of the best.
Starters-
If you’re like me, then you can’t go to an Italian restaurant without ordering garlic bread. And Winter Garden Pizza’s Garlic Knots are no exception. You can even add mozzarella, pesto, or alfredo sauce to your order. We tried the traditional marinara sauce that they come with, as well as the pesto. They were both great options, but I highly recommend adding the pesto! It really brings out the flavors! We also had the Bruschetta. It was so fresh and I loved the balsamic glaze. These are both great appetizers to share!
Pastas-
Winter Garden Pizza Company doesn’t just sell any regular pasta. Their dishes were so flavorful and appetizing. Easily some of the best pasta around! We tasted the Penne Ala Vodka, Tortellini Carbonara, and the Lasagna. And honestly, my mouth is watering just thinking about them. It is hard to pick which one was the best because they were all equally superb! I can only imagine how amazing the rest of their pastas must be. If you are someone who likes the classics, their lasagna is an excellent choice. If you want to try something different, I would highly recommend the tortellini. It was so rich and creamy.
And don’t forget to add a glass of wine to pair with your pasta. They have homemade Sangrias, an in house favorite, Sangue Di Guida, and more. If you are a red wine connoisseur, my favorite was the Pino Noir.
Pizzas-
There is a reason Winter Garden Pizza Company has won awards for their homemade pizza pies! Their pizzas are made from scratch and with the freshest ingredients. We had the pleasure of trying some of their specialty pizzas: Meat Lovers and Margarita. Their Margarita pizza was a fan favorite at our table. I can say with 100% certainty that it was hands down THE BEST margarita pizza I have ever tasted. My family and I even fought over who got to take home the last two slices. The meat lovers is also a great choice! This is usually my go to pizza selection everywhere I go. The pizzas come in three sizes: 10”, 14”, and 18”. So there is plenty to go around!
I know one thing for certain, next time I eat at Winter Garden Pizza Company, I am going to have a very hard time deciding what to order again!
